I was allowed onto Colonel Sheppard's laptop and I found this on the internet I believe it is called. It confuses me though...my best firend is Leyma...who is Ba-al and why is he getting jiggy with her? Who or what is Jiggy?

Jinto sat in his quarters, the knife set in his hands. HIs father had come and amongst a torrent of reassurances Jinto had managed to get him to go home again. He sat on the edge of the bed his fingers running over the strong firm and ornate design.

Jinto ran up the steps running over to the target range, checking his watch, he winced realising he was running a little late, still trying to get used to such exact timing. He ran into the training room his eyes wide and breathless.

Jinto walked down the hall leaving his training session with Teyla, he stretched himself out and walked towards the mess hall slipping in and heading for the queue, slidding past tables to get there.

Jinto sighed sitting on his new regulation bed, he had unpacked the clothing he had brought and the room was decorated with small objects his father had given him to make him feel at home, but it was too still too quiet. For years he'd slept to the sound of his father's snores under the canvas of their tents. The sound of athosians on watch and soft words.

This was strange, cold even, it all seemed just a little different from when he had arrived as a child. Now his father was no longer there with him. He frowned and slipped out of his room walking the halls listening to the scientists and soldiers mill about until he came to the gate room, sitting on the steps thoughtfully, the night shift on watch.

I am Jinto,

It has been suggested to me by Teyla to create a journal to ease my transition here. For a long time I have hoped to join the forces on Atlantis to fight the wraith, I have been training hard both with Teyla and the Satedan Ronan. I have also been training with some of the soldiers in Atlantis. I live mostly on the mainland but I am moving to Atlantis to further my training. My father disagrees with my wishes but says since I am a man now I should forge my own path. I hope to make him proud.
